Vir is very professional & caring. She keeps an eye on mum's meds/ food. Extra on top of her great care. I trust that mum is in good hands and that if there is a problem she will inform me to sort the problem out. It would be nice if we could have her  on a more regular basis.

I am happy with the care. Tony is having from his day and night carers. I know Tony can be challenging but it is better now that he has more regular carers such as Vera, Kenneth, Jemima bola, Stephanie, Jat, Kazim and Patel. They know how to treat Tony to try and lessen his anxiety, Vera is very good with Tony when she respites sitting as she knows him well now. I can have a break without having to worry about Tony at all.

Dear sir/madam. We are satisfied with the care our baa is receiving from you. All staff are quite good. We would like to have Vivien as her daytime as she has border very well with baa. Baa gets very confused when she meets new carers. At the moment we are satisfied with 4 times a d visits although we did ask Vivien couple of times to come 3 visits. We would also like night time carers to be Sam every time because of confusion again. We would like to request Kemi and Bridget to be baa’s nighttime carers, baa has bonded very well with them and likes talking to them at night. Thanking you kindly.

I have found the cares very attentive with Gordon and his care cheering him up when he looks a bit down, also the new carers are doing a good job.
